The first edition was filmed on Wednesday, 10/26. Sifu Mike’s Special Guest was Sifu Rich Hamel, one of the pioneers of the martial arts and tai chi and qigong from CT and regionally. He has a fascinating history full of notable and interesting experiences and is a seasoned and skilled speaker and teacher, so this was a great show.
